Keisha A. Parker
Keisha Parker has extensive experience in handling all stages of complex civil litigation in the fields of product liability, construction litigation, and educational institution and school liability matters. Ms. Parker is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Through her product liability background, Ms. Parker has vigorously represented manufacturers and distributors of medical devices and various powered industrial machinery, such as drill presses, interior high-speed doors, and commercial food processing equipment. She has also defended automobile manufacturers in high consequence design defect, crashworthiness, and warranty matters.
Additionally, Ms. Parker has handled complex construction litigation defending owners, developers, general contractors, commercial construction management firms, trade contractors, and municipalities in New York State Labor Law claims.
