William Baldini

Bill Baldini, Senior Counsel with Nicolson Law Group, represents clients in a broad range of litigation and serves as outside General Counsel to privately owned companies. Mr. Baldini’s experience as in-house counsel and lead counsel in litigation for Fortune 500 companies nationwide, gives him a unique and pragmatic perspective on business disputes and litigation management.

Mr. Baldini’s litigation experience includes construction defect, contractor defense, commercial disputes, collection, bankruptcy, real estate disputes, retail and premises liability, and employment. 

As outside General Counsel, Mr. Baldini navigates a broad range of business issues for his clients including litigation management, contract review, drafting and disputes, legal department management, assessment of insurance needs and procurement, human resource process and procedures assistance, business management, and executive counsel.
