Ms. Vermillion is an experienced litigator with experience in all stages of civil litigation from pre-suit negotiations through trial. Ms. Vermillion focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, retail liability, commercial transportation, and construction defects.

Ms. Vermillion also serves as a private arbitrator for FINRA's Dispute Resolution Services and has served as both consulting and a testifying expert witness on Louisiana law in Texas fiduciary litigation.
