Ms. Vermillion is a litigator with experience in all stages of civil litigation from pre-suit negotiations through trial. Ms. Vermillion is actively licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois, Texas, and Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice in the US District Court of the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, Northern District of Illinois, the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and before the Supreme Court of the United States. 

Jennifer also serves as a private arbitrator for FINRA's Dispute Resolution Services and has served as both consulting and a testifying expert witness on Louisiana law in Texas fiduciary litigation.
