Matt Hrutkay is an experienced civil litigator, licensed and admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in California and New York. Mr. Hrutkay’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and general liability defense.  Mr. Hrutkay spent the first decade of his career gaining valuable experience at large, international reaching law firms, based out of New York and Southern California. Utilizing the insight gained through that practice, he then went on to start his own firm in 2019, before beginning at Nicolson. His diverse experience enables Mr. Hrutkay to bring a fresh and creative perspective to his litigation practice, one steeped open communication with his clients, in order to recognize their needs and achieve practical and economically efficient results. Mr. Hrutkay is a solution-oriented attorney who enjoys helping his clients through the complex commercial and civil litigation processes, from the outset of a matter through to final disposition.
