Rick A. Guido
Mr. Guido has over thirty years of civil litigation experience, including serving as supervising attorney for the law firm captives of several different national insurance companies. His primary experience has been the defense of personal injury cases arising from various liability theories such as: premises liability, product liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and other catastrophic injury matters. Mr. Guido has conducted 70 jury trials, in addition to numerous bench trials and binding arbitrations. This wealth of experience allows Mr. Guido to tailor defense strategies to each specific client, and with a specific eye toward eventual favorable trial positioning.
Since 2005, Mr. Guido has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”).
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Guido served in the U.S. Marines and ultimately retired from the reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
