Tom Hiley's work focuses on product liability, premises liability, retail liability, and insurance litigation.  Tom has successfully managed litigation and handled all aspects of case development and trial preparation, achieving positive outcomes for his clients.  While in law school, Tom was named the Best Oralist in the intraschool moot court competition and served on the winning team in the 2001 Irving R. Kaufman Moot Court Competition at Fordham University School of Law.

His relevant experience includes individual and commercial clients in general liability litigation as well as representation of individual and commercial clients in motor vehicle liability litigation.
